Fee Payment
The Bursar’s Office is responsible for the management of all student accounts, including taking payment for tuition, housing, meal plan charges, and many other fees. Students may make payments online at any time through the Student OSCAR web when paying by a WebCheck or credit card. Our office is located on the first floor of Lyman Hall and students may also make payments at the Cashier windows during normal business hours (M-F, 8:30-4) using check, cash, money order or demand draft. Please note we do not accept credit cards at the cashier windows. A credit card can only be used online through our third party provider, and the student will be charged a service fee by that provider. There is no cost for using WebCheck when paying online. For your convenience, there is also a drop box located at the entrance of Lyman Hall for after-hours payments. We also accept wire transfers, and detailed instructions are on our website listed below.
All fee payment deadlines for each term are published well in advance and can be accessed on our web site 24 hours a day at: www.bursar.gatech.edu. Student invoice statements and online payment options are available by accessing https://oscar.gatech.edu with your GTID and password. No paper bills will be mailed to the student and you should check your statement often especially during registration periods. It is the student's responsibility to ensure the account balance is paid in full by the published fee deadlines.
